And, chances are, the fashion one would have holes, rips, tears, stains, and they “think” it is fashion. Give me Wal-Mart.

lol!! That’s too funny…very true! I think I’d go with Wal-Mart too. Things are way overpriced these days…

I don’t have a problem with Good Will. After all, doesn’t the Bible say “peace on earth good will to men”? LOL I just felt like taking a Bible verse out of context. Hey, maybe I could start my own religion!

I find the best white t-shirts are a brand issue rather than a supplier issue. For instance, I like the newer Hanes that have the tag stamped on the inside instead of me having to cut out that itchy tag in the back. However, they only hold up so well. Croft & Barrow, which I think my wife may have gotten at Walmart…I don’t remember, makes a GREAT and STURDY White T-shirt, which is great for me since I do a lot of moving about and sweating in the course of my little rentacopping job, which usualy seems to destroy your average 3/$10 packets of white tees.

Hi everyone,
I have a friend who lived in a mill town back in the day. Her family had fallen on hard times, but she still had three children to raise. And her son. the youngest, wanted those expensive Izod polo shirts like his classmates wore. Well, my friend knew they came off the same line at the mill as the K-Mart ones. So… she went to the department store and bought Izod socks. Stupid socks $10.00 a pair!! And she removed those coveted alligators and she sewed them onto the little K-Mart shirts. Instant happy! LOL

With the economy as such I think that finding a good white T-shirt at Goodwill in California would be hard to do. In fact, I went in one to check its prices. Most of the T-shirts are now $1.99. lol
