The last few days have been busy.  We located a refrigerator that we’ll have delivered tomorrow.  And on Saturday, Bill purchased and installed the baseboard in the kitchen.  We’ll take it off, after the refrigerator is here, to paint it.  But it’s attached with screws, so removing it will be easy.  Victor built a ladder for his loft the same day, so the saw and drill got double duty.

Also on Saturday, I received a shipment of chapbooks.  Paper Snowflakes looks just as lovely as Jessicca said it did.  I quickly signed copies for Bill, Troy, and Victor.   And I have ones for my Mom, my sister Pam, my brother Michael, and our dear friend Grace addressed and ready to be mailed.  Their arrival on Saturday also meant I could use one as gift for the newly-wed couple who were the guests of honor at a Sunday cookout.

Today has been a catch-up day.  I finished making corrections on a long poem, from Windows Toward the World, that will be published in November, did some paper work, and made Chicken Parmesan for dinner.  It’s recipe Troy found on the web.  It makes enough for four.  Victor was here to watch Monday Night Football, so that worked out well.

And while some of you have been away (at baseball tournaments and conferences), I and a few others uploaded our avatars, a new WordPess feature, which appear ridiculously small on my blog, due to the theme I’ve chosen but that I won’t change, because I like the double sidebar.  So if you have a big question mark beside your name when you make a comment, it’s because the blogging world doesn’t stop when you go away!  :-)  And I found out that you have to be signed in when you comment, or your avatar won’t show up and neither will your question mark.
